This website, u-n-u-m.com, is operated by UNUM SDN. BHD., registration 202001007038 (1363358-M), in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you have a question about anything on this page, write to hello@u-n-u-m.com.
What this notice covers
It covers this website and nothing else. The Unum apps, and the systems we build and run for clients, have their own notices.
What this site does not do
There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookie, no third-party script and no third-party font on this site. Nothing you do here is sent to anyone else for marketing or profiling.
Server logs
Our web server records standard access logs: your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page requested and the time. We use them to keep the site secure and working. We keep them for 14 days and then they are deleted.
How the site reaches you
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses in order to route and protect traffic. The server itself is hosted in Germany.
The session cookie
If you are signed in to a Unum product, the shared unum_at cookie set by auth.u-n-u-m.com is read by this page in your browser so it can show you your product links. This site does not send that cookie anywhere, and you can sign out from this page.

We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you, and for any working relationship that follows.
Law and your rights
We handle personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@u-n-u-m.com.

We update this page when our practices change, and the effective date at the top tells you when we last did.
